The New Year

By Sherwin Sucaldito on January 2, 2011

One of the best parts of a new year is looking forward to what can be achieved, ways to change and how to grow.  This past year presented us with many new challenges, compelling us to change our business models, practices and strategies.

More so than before, it is extremely important to not only evaluate the changing way business is done, but how I myself directly relate to the process and what I can do to further achieve these each goal without losing sight of the purpose.  Sometimes when we can’t envision ourselves in the course of action, we tend to forget and they have a tendency to not materialize.

I took a break from blogging over the holidays to evaluate the continue transformation of this blog and how it related to both you as the reader, my clients, my peers and where I am during each step and what actions I can do to further reach my goals.

As difficult as things may seem, I wouldn’t have it any other way.  Challenges tend to provide the platform for evolution and dynamics.  With that, there will be many changes you will see here, some coming very very soon which I am very excited about…  I look forward to what the new year has to offer.  A new start.  A clean slate.  Endless possibilities.
