Chicago real estate, living and neighborhood perspective

About

Sherwin discusses real estate in Chicago, market trends and living in the city.  He is a REALTOR® with @properties, specializing in residential & commercial sales and leasing.  With more than twelve years of industry experience, learning a lot about the investment, development and construction side of the industry.

Recently, he obtained the National Assoc. of REALTOR® GREEN designation, exploring green technologies, practices and construction methods.  He have also received my ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and CRPM (Certified Residential Property Manager) designations and also a member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.

Realty Evolved was created as a blog to reflection of change in the industry and how people view their homes (not just as houses).  With homeowners staying in their homes longer, their home is becoming more of a reflection of themselves and a place where memories are born.  It is no longer a short-term stay.  Buyers are more vigilant about their purchase and imagine long-term potential and possibilities.   This change is demonstrated in the way people research, communicate and contemplate their home.

Within the site, I’ll discuss ideas, strategies and emerging trends to help you not only envision your home, but realize potential.  Questions are welcomed and strongly encouraged, and reader requests on popular questions and topics that you would like to be featured.

We have also partnered with Skyline to bring additional news and stories related Chicago and Chicago real estate to you.

Thank you for stopping by. Enjoy yourself!  As always, feel free to send me a message!
