The South Side Builder’s Association has scheduled their next meeting this Wed., October 3rd at 11:30a at The Parthenon in the West Loop (314 S Halsted).
John Petrovski, currently the Chief Operating Officer of the Commercial Real Estate lending team in the US for BMO Harris Bank and formerly, up until very recently, was the Manager for the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships of the FDIC. His responsibilities, among others, included managing a team that administered Loss Share Agreements with banks taken over by the FDIC.
This will be an opportunity for you to have your questions answered by an individual who has intimate knowledge of and until very recently managed this process for the FDIC and gain a better understanding of the Loss Share Agreements.
