Featured in this past Sunday’s Chicago Tribune, is the 2010 year to date market statistics for leading offices in Chicago. It is awesome that in the third largest market in the Country, a small local start up 10 years ago has taken a strong lead as the number one broker in the City.

Based on the MRED Multiple Listing Service data for the city of Chicago for last 365 days for detached, attached, multi-units and vacant lots sold, @properties has continued to lead the market.
The biggest locally owned residential real estate firm in Chicago plans to move this month out of the main office its founding partners opened on Fulton Street more than 16 years ago.
